Whoooo hoooo!  Did you see?  Our Paper Sweeties FAN PAGE reached 1,000 fans today!  THANK YOU to everyone who has LIKED and SHARED our page over the past 11 months — you all are so sweet!  Our goal was to reach 1,000 fans by our 1st Birthday on August 15th, but thanks to all of you, we reached our goal a couple weeks early!

Happily Ever After - Paper Sweeties July *new* stamp RELEASE REWIND!

Hello crafty friends!  I'm popping in today to share one final project I created for the Paper Sweeties July *new* Stamp Release!   Today we are sharing projects we have created using previously released sets in combination with new sets to continue to show you ways you can use the sets you already own along with the brand new sets you are adding to your line up!

I created this card for a friend's daughter who recently got married -- they had a camo them wedding!!

And my friend asked me to make favors for the wedding ... orange tic tacs came to mind immediately when Lorie mentioned camo with orange!  I used the Best Wishes set to stamp the sentiment on the tag for the favors!

Summer Fun ... Paper Sweeties July *new* stamp RELEASE PARTY!

Welcome to the RELEASE PARTY for Paper Sweeties in July!  Today THREE fun and whimsical new sets are available in the shop!  This pretty little card was created using the brand *new* Summer Fun! stamp set from Paper Sweeties!

I am smitten with all the little bits and bobs of treasures included on this card ... from rolled patterned paper flowers and tulle flowers with pearls ... to burlap ribbon, a pretty white paper doilie and sheet music washi tape - LOVE!

Happy Summer - Paper Sweeties July *new* stamp preview - Day 2!!

  Hello crafty friends!  I'm popping in today to share a project I created for the Paper Sweeties July *new* Stamp Release!  I'm smitten with this month's new stamps -- SO CUTE -- here's a little peek-a-boo at my card:

This card was created using the *new* Happy Summer and Home Tweet Home sets along with Some Bunny Loves You, You Are Fabulous, Mahalo! and Rainbows & Roses stamp sets!  I created a fun little scene by stamping clouds directly onto blue patterned paper and then cutting them out and adhering with dimensionals.  The sun was made by punching a yellow circle from cardstock, stamping sun rays with the post from the birdhouse and then adding glitter for some sparkle and shine!

I stamped two of the trees and colored them in with Prismacolor pencils and then hung some clothes on the line -- also colored with the color pencils and glittered so they would 'pop'!!  I added a stamped rustic fence in the background - the 'weathering' was created by swiping a bit of paint on a sponge down the fence posts!

A dear and sweet friend ...

 Hello bloggity peeps -- I hope you're having a beautiful Saturday! I'm popping in to share a blessing I received today! I'm always amazed at how life takes twists and turns ... how people who you trust and let into your life can bless you beyond what words can say and also let you down. If we didn't 'care', then the let downs would not hurt so much. Then, when you are down and blue, how a simple gesture from someone with a kind spirit can totally blow you away!! Has this ever happened to you? Well, my blessing has come in the form of a sweet new friend I 'met' through my Paper Sweeties business! Although we have not met {yet} in person, we have chatted many the hours through the internet and have become friends -- finding so much in common! Our lives and families are quite similar and parallel ... we giggle when one of us finishes the other's sentence! I pray to God that you all have experienced the joy of having someone like this in your life -- to lift you up when you are down, to brighten your day 'just because', to be there when you need them, to listen, to offer advice, to be a sounding board ... and to share our crafty passions with each other! Today, I am blessed to call Tina Milbourn my friend! We should all be so lucky to have someone as wonderful as she is in our lives -- my little world is surely a much brighter place now that Tina is a part of it Thank you, Tina, for the gorgeous card, the beautiful handmade {pink} and white rosary ... but most of all for your treasured friendship! We can't have enough friends in this crazy world, and I am blessed that you are mine!!

Sunny Days & Lemonade - Paper Sweeties July *new* stamp peeks - Day 1!

 Welcome to Day #1 of sneak peeks for the July *new* Stamp Release at Paper Sweeties!  The design teamies and I are smitten with the newest stamps and we're excited to share some crafty goodness we've created using them!!

I used the *new*  Summer Fun, Home Tweet Home and Happy Summer sets along with Banner Wishes and Happy Fall Ya'll stamps on my card today!   I stamped the clouds directly onto text paper and used the stand from the birdhouse to create my rays of sunshine!

I'm completely in love with these sweet little birdies and adore all the sentiments contained in this fun summer-themed stamp set!!  Polka dotted flair is from my friend, Joscie!
