Welcome to JustRite Stampers’ newest Wednesday feature, 12 Weeks of Christmas Blog Hop #8! Every Wednesday up until Thanksgiving some of your favorite designers will be joining some of the JustRite design team for a series of Christmas blog hops, showcasing JustRite’s entire Christmas Collection of stamps! And don’t forget that JustRite has some Christmas stamps in their newly released CLING line of stamp sets -- you can find them HERE. This week, the designers joining the JustRite design team are the Flower Soft and The Shabby Tea Room challenge blog design teams! So mark your calendars for Wednesdays at 9am Central for great Christmas gift, card & project ideas, starting at the JustRite Inspiration blog!

I had sooooo much fun designing this adorable holiday clipboard that I can't wait to set on my kitchen counter once December 1st rolls around! It seems as though the holidays give us all 'license' to use as much glitter as our hearts desire on projects (although I seem to use it liberally ALL year long!), so this sweet project is sprinkled generously with red, green and diamond glitter to make it sparkle and shine! The JustRite stamped images on the clipboard are from the Christmas Nested Sentiments, Something Sweet and Baking Stamp Ensemble sets. Patterned papers are from Cosmo Cricket and lots of yummy embellies added from Webster's Pages, Maya Road, Stampin' Up!, Prima & Really Reasonable Ribbons!
You can use a decorated clipboard such as mine for so many fun things ... here are a couple ideas I came up with:
To hold your favorite holiday recipe while you're baking in the kitchen ~
To hold your holiday menu so guests know what they will be dining on ~
To hold your 'to do' list during the hectic holiday season to keep you on track ~
I also made some coordinating glittered clips to place on your lists for the holidays, holds them all together, keeps everything neat and in one place and are not only practical, but CUTE too!
Candy Cane Brownie Lollipops
1 pkg. fudge brownie mix plus ingredients to prepare
24 candy canes
10 oz. chocolate flavored almond bark
Prepare brownies according to package directions. Cool 20 minutes until slightly warm. Cut off ends of candy canes to form 4 1/2" sticks. Place candy cane tops in resealable plastic bag and crush. Scoop out rounds of brownie, packing with hands. Roll Brownie scoops into smooth balls. Insert candy cane sticks into centers, mounding brownie around stick. Melt almond bark in small bowl according to package directions. Spoon melted bark over each brownie, coating completely. Dip into the crushed candy canes and place in small foil cupcake line. Enjoy :)
