Let the March My Time Made Easy PEEKS begin!

Hello crafty peeps and welcome to day one of the March *new* release peeks for My Time Made Easy™ LLC!  I'm tickled to share a project I created using the new Egg-stra Special template -- adorable!  It is a precious little template in the shape of an Easter egg -- the top is removable from the bottom so you can fill your goodie box with yummy treats!  I decorated the outside of my treat box with a pink crepe paper ruffle and pretty lace trim ... pink flourish pearls were added to the front to continue with the elegant theme of the box.  I adhered a beautiful silk flower at the top of the box with a white paper doilie and pink tulle bow.  Last I stamped a tag cut using the Occasional Labels cut file with the Occasional Labels and Sentimental Occasions stamp sets!

Inside my box I added some pretty pink crinkle filler and a delicious Dove chocolate bunny!!

Such a fun little gift box template -- perfect to fill with sweet treats and give to your family and friends this Easter season!

We all have so much to share, so I hope you will take a moment to visit the other talented designers posting today, because if you do you could have a chance to win an amazing prize package!!
... and don't forget a stop at the My Time Made Easy DESIGNER'S GALLERY for tons more gorgeous inspiration!!

Today we'd like you to leave a comment HERE telling us WHO had your favorite project so far and what you liked about it.  On the 1st we will randomly pick a winner to receive the ENTIRE release collection!

Best of Luck!

The Kraft Journal #110!

Hello crafty peeps and welcome to The Kraft Journal #110 - 'Use Any Sketch'!   I chose the current Paper Sweeties Sketch Inspiration #4 as a starting point for my card today!

I began with a base of Buff Ivory Card Stock onto which I layered a piece of Lunch Bag Kraft Card Stock and then another piece of Buff Ivory Card Stock - securing all three layers with machine stitching.  I stamped a sentiment onto a Small Kraft Shipping Tag, adhered a snipett of chenille trim and then tied a length of aqua tulle around the tag.

I gathered several embellishments from The Kraft Outlet Shop to re-create the hanging elements from the sketch - to include a Round Metal Edge Grungy Prim Tag, X-small Grungy Prim Tag and Office Chipboard Button -- all of which were hung using Pink Baker's Twine.  I used a Tiny Colored Wooden Clothespin to simulate leaves on the pink velvet flower I added to the Grungy Prim Tag

Last, I stamped the rest of the sentiment onto the Buff Ivory Card Stock base using the Once Upon a Time stamp set from Paper Sweeties!

Please be sure to pop on over to The Kraft Journal to check out the inspiration projects created by the rest of the teamies for this week's challenge, and then we hope you'll have time to give our 'Use Any Sketch' challenge a try for your chance to win some goodness from The Kraft Outlet Shop!

The Shabby Tea Room #155!

Hello crafty friends and welcome to The Shabby Tea Room #155 - 'Pink Party'!  Rebecca is our creative host this week and she has chosen this stunning photo for inspiration.

Rebecca is asking us to create a card or project inspired by the COLORS and THEME of the photo!  So fun!!!

The Cutting Cafe is our sponsor this week in the Tea Room and Regina was kind enough to allow me to design a sweet little something with a couple of the beautiful goodies from her shop!  For my first project, I created a sweet shaped card using the Easter Basket Shaped Card file.  I cut the basket from pink card stock and then cut the basket weave pieces and adorable little Easter eggs using patterned floral paper - inspired by the beautiful hydrangeas in the photo!

I added some pretty metal and pearl brads to the handles of the basket and then finished it off with a shabby bow made from Vintage Winter White and Pink Bubblegum tea-stained seam binding.  The tag was stamped using a sentiment from the Occasions stamp set from Paper Sweeties!  This card was so fun and easy to make, I think I'll make a few more and use them for this year's Easter greetings to my family and friends!

Next, I created a sweet treat box using the Bunny Treat Box file from The Cutting Cafe.  Again, I cut the template out using pink card stock and then cut the layer pieces using more floral patterned paper to match my card!

I handmade a pretty little banner on a stick using some pink crepe paper, two card stock circles and then stamped the sentiment using the Occasions set once more!

The bunny's body looks so vintage and sweet cut from the floral patterned paper -- and he is wearing a bow made with some more of the yummy tea-stained seam binding from Paper Sweeties!

I filled the inside of the treat box with some pretty bright blue crinkle paper and then inserted two peanut butter snickers bars - yum!  I think I'll need to make a couple more of these too!!

So springy and fun ... don't you think?  This set was fun to create and will be even more fun to give it away to someone special!

The Shabby Tea Room #154!

Hi crafty friends and welcome to The Shabby Tea Room #154 - 'A Silver Lining'!  This week Starr is our creative host and she has chosen this gorgeous photo for inspiration.  Starr asks that we create a card or project incorporating AQUA AND BROWN AND INCLUDE A SILVER ELEMENT!

The sponsor in the Tea Room this week is Creations by AR and I was lucky enough to get crafty with Adela's sweet Bunny Box template!  I adore this sweet little template!!  Wouldn't these be amazing as bridal or baby shower favors ... how about tea party favors or even for a little girl's birthday party?  I created by Bunny Box using sturdy white card stock and then covered the bunny with a pretty floral patterned paper.  I used the pieces included with the template to create the ears and nose pieces from aqua and brown patterned papers.  I tied a snipette of white tulle around my bunny's neck and then created a pretty nosegay consisting of a paper flower, aqua chipboard 'E' for Easter and a darling little silver metal key charm!  The bunny's eye is a white candy pebble!

I made a sweet little sentiment banner using the Occasions stamp set from Paper Sweeties, and then adhered it to a pretty chipboard star with silver tinsel from Girls' Paperie!  I glued this sentiment pennant onto a wooden dowel and stuck it into my Bunny Box - using iridescent crinkle tinsel to hold it up!  The addition of a precious little aqua puffy chick completes my gift set!!

So much fun to make ... and even more fun to give away!  I need to make some more of these -- I'm smitten ... how about you???

Hello crafty friends!  Welcome to The Ribbon Reel #47 - 'Let's Ruffle'!  This week we are asked to be inspired by the colors from this gorgeous photo and include ruffles!  How fun!!

I took a literal approach from the inspiration photo and created a sweet treat box that can be used for a party favor!  I started with a white painted paper mache box I got from the craft store and adhered several different types of satin ruffled ribbon, twill tape and organza ruffled ribbon around the base of my treat box!

Products used from The Ribbon Reel Shop

And then I stamped the crown using the Dream a Little Dream and the tag using the Little Wishes stamp sets from Paper Sweeties!

Paper Sweeties February Release Wrap Up!

Hi ya' friends!  Boy, time sure does fly when you're having fun ... I'm here today to share one final project I created for the Paper Sweeties February *new* stamp release!

Today I created a bright and cheery party set -- an invitation filled with whimsy and fun along with a party favor that can be used to decorate your party table as a centerpiece, or can be placed individually at each attendee's place setting ... and they can take it home when the party is done!

I {heart} hosting tea parties -- in the winter with hot tea and in the summer with iced tea too!  This invitation card was so fun to decorate with bright mixes of flowers, cake and cupcake stickers, lace trim and flocked hot pink patterned paper - oh my!  The tea pot and sentiment was stamped using the Tea For Two stamp set and I used the You're Invited stamp set to create the when and where part!  I masked off the sentiment that is included inside the tea pot image so I could turn the stamp into a party invitation!!

Then I decided to create a coordinating party favor using a recycled soda pop bottle, a wooden skewer, a pretty hot pink glittered chipboard heart, some fun polka dotted washi tape, rhinestones, a sweet little pink satin flower, a cupcake sticker ... and the Join Me For Tea stamp set!!

So what do you think?  I sure want to attend this party ... how about you??  I love party favors!!  These would be adorable at a child's birthday party ... I filled my soda bottle with M & M's, but you could fill with brightly colored gumballs too -- super cute!!

Paper Sweeties February *new* Stamp Release!!

Hello friends!  I'm so happy you stopped by today ... today's the day -- our February release is officially underway at Paper Sweeties!  I had so much fun creating a couple little pretties using some of the new sets ... enjoy peeking!

I created a pretty, scalloped circle shaped card and a couple of sweet treats!  Everything is pictured here with one of my favorite tea sets ... my sweet hubby bought it for me last year when we enjoyed a get-away weekend at the beach - staying at our favorite B&B in Wilmington, NC - The Verandas!

I stamped the tea pot from the Tea For Two stamp set - masking out the sentiment in the middle so I could stamp it on some pretty patterned paper.  I then stamped a single sentiment from the set over the patterned paper.  To complete the design, I stamped the heart-shaped tag from the Little Wishes stamp set and then stamped the sentiment inside using the It's Tea Time stamp set!

The sweet little tag was hung on some aqua baker's twine to look like it is hanging out of the tea pot brewing a pot of tea!!

Next, I created a couple of yummy treats displayed here inside the tea cup ...

... a belly band was created to hold together two Cucumber White tea bags using some Vintage Winter White and Baby Pink Berry seam binding.  I then die cut a couple of decorative shapes and stamped a sentiment using the Tea For Two set!

Next I put some yummy cinnamon tea cookies inside a glassine bag and closed the top off with a white paper doilie.  I added a pretty bloom, button and sparkly leaves and then tied on a tag and sentiment using the Little Wishes and Join Me For Tea stamp sets!

And there you have it my friends ... a sweet tea party treat set!  Your guests will love to be invited to YOUR next tea party ... especially when they arrive and find such yummy treats awaiting them!  The new tea themed sets this month are perfect to use when creating for tea and birthday parties, bridal or baby showers ... design invitations, favors, decorations, gifts ... and so much more!  Oh my!!

Here are a couple specials, contests and giveaways we have going on right now for you to join in on for YOUR chance to win some goodness from the Paper Sweeties shoppe:
