A Fond Farewell to Kaisercraft!

Hello friends!!!  Well, the time has finally come for me to say good bye to being an official designer for Kaisercraft {insert sad face here}!  Today, I have mixed emotions sharing my final layout designed for the current Saturday Sketch challenge.  I love how the layout turned out, but am very sad that the past year has gone by so fast.

It has been a sincere pleasure designing for Kaisercraft!  Thank YOU for allowing me to share my projects along the way.  I hope you gained some inspiration while peeking at my gallery and thank you for all your sweet comments!

Until next time, happy stamping my friends!

Hugs!

Let the My Time Made Easy July peeks begin!

Hello sweeties and welcome to my blog today!!  My how summer is just flying by.  I can hardly believe we are sharing peeks for the July My Time Made Easy release already!!

I'm tickled to share a sweet little project I designed using one of Lauren's newest templates available in the shop on July 1st!

Introducing ... 3-Tier!

This delicious template is actually three-in-one!!!  There are three separate templates for the small, medium and large layers for which you can create a 3-tiered cake like I have here.

Or, you can use the layers individually and create a gift box in whichever size you need to hold a special treasure you are giving to a friend!!

The coordinating card I designed uses the Ga Ga For Gingham paper,  Fine Finish stamp set and Round Off stamp set

This cake was SO MUCH FUN to create!  How fabulous would this be as a centerpiece at a bridal shower or wedding?  Super adorable at a tea party or birthday party too!  How about a baby shower centerpiece and fill each tier with little bits and bobs that babies use -- cotton balls/swabs, wash cloths.  This would make a darling jewelry box for a young lady too!  The possibilities are endless!

Please be sure to visit the other teamies who are sharing projects today:

... and then be sure to pop on back tomorrow for the BIG Release Party!!  You won't want to miss a minute of the inspiration or fun!!

Check out the My Time Made Easy DESIGNER'S GALLERY for loads more inspiration!!
Thanks for stopping by today ... have a wonderful stampy day!

The Kraft Journal #77!

Aloha sweet friends and welcome to The Kraft Journal #77 - 'Anything Goes'!

I recently hosted a Hawaiian Luau themed dinner party, so I jumped at the chance to create some fun decorations and party favors for my guests using goodies available at The Kraft Outlet!  For the food place markers, I simply covered metal binder clips with patterned papers, tied pretty ribbons around the neck of the clips and then printed out the names of the dishes I served on Buff Ivory Card Stock, cutting the names of the dishes into banner shapes and adhering onto colorful card stock!

So bright, festive ... and FUN!!

For my second project, I created party favors to send home with each couple at the end of the dinner party!  I filled Kraft Truffle Boxes with chocolate candies.  I then wrapped each box with some Strawberry Shortcake Seam Binding from my Etsy Shop and added a pretty little nosegay created with a Tiny Wooden Clothespin, a glittered leaf, a sweet pink paper flower, some Pink Baker's Twine and a tag created from Flag Banner Chipboard and Flag Banner Stickers that I stamped 'Mahalo!' onto = Thank You!

I love summer time and adore summer time parties ... the luau was a blast!  These decorations and party favors were easy peesy to create -- why don't you whip up a batch for your next party!!

Please be sure to pop on over to The Kraft Journal Challenge Blog to see what the other teamies have created for your inspiration today, and then I hope you'll give our 'Anything Goes' challenge a try for your chance to win an awesome prize from The Kraft Outlet!!

Hello friends and welcome to The Shabby Tea Room #120 - 'Soft & Sweet'!  Lenet is our host this week and she has chosen this fun picture for inspiration and asks that we create a card or project inspired by the COLORS from the photo!!  Easy peesy :)

We have two sponsors in the Tea Room this week!!  First I printed out the 'Hello There Mrs. Butterfly' image from Little Darlings Rubber Stamps, colored and fussy cut.  The sentiment is stamped using the Big Treasures stamp set from Inspired by Stamping.

Next, I adhered some beautiful pink lace from Creating is Fun Etsy -- gorgeous, right??!!

And there you have it ... a simply and sweet card -- perfect for any fun occasion!

The Ribbon Reel #31!

Hi friends ... so glad you're here!  I hope you all had a wonderful weekend surrounded by people you love and things you enjoy!!

I am the host at  The Ribbon Reel Challenge Blog this week and I have chosen this precious picture of three little girls having a Tea Party with the theme of 'Let's Have Tea' ... and I ask that we all create a card or project inspired by the COLORS in the photo and INCLUDE A TEA ELEMENT, FLOWERS and LACE or RIBBON!

For my card today, I had so much fun digging through my basket of treasures from The Ribbon Reel Shop!  I adhered some pretty patterned papers from Cosmo Cricket - Tea For Two to the base of the card and stitched around the edges.  I added a nosegay of lovely flowers from the shop including an Ivory Rose, a Light Rosey Baby Pink Rose and a couple of Light Violet Cherry Blossoms. I made a bow using some lovely Lilac Seam Binding and White Raffia.  Across the middle of the card, I rouched some Pink Grosgrain Ribbon and added a snipett of Prima Alencon  lace trim.  Then I stamped a pretty little polka dotted tea pot and adhered it to the front of my card.

I added a paper doilie and then stamped a sentiment along the bottom of the card.

So many pretty little elements on this little sweetie ... it's a Tea Party right there on this card, don't you think??!!??

Please hop on over to The Ribbon Reel Challenge Blog to check out the inspiration from the other teamies and then I hope you'll give my 'Let's Have Tea' challenge a try this week!  I can't wait to see what you'll create!!

Thanks for stopping by today!
