The Shabby Tea Room #131!

Hello sweeties and welcome to The Shabby Tea Room #131 - 'Creative Candy'!  This week Fran is our creative host and she has chosen this amazing photo for inspiration!  Fran asks that we create a card or project inspired by the COLORS IN THE PHOTO AND INCLUDE LACE, FABRIC AND A BUTTON!

This week we have two sponsors in the Tea Room!!  I used some amazingly gorgeous papers from Crafty Secrets printed using their Creating With Vintage Typography CD #3 along with a couple of sweet stamp sets from Paper Sweeties - Alphas-Upper, Alphas-Lower and a new set releasing on 9/15 called So Sweet of You!

My added fabric elements are Cake Crumbs and Baby Pink Berry Seam Binding, a pink fabric flower and burlap leaves ... my lace element is a paper doilie and I've added 3 pretty aqua buttons!

 Sew sweet!!!

Please be sure to hop on over to the other Shabby Girls' blogs to check out their amazing inspiration this week:

Fran Westmoreland - Purple Peanut's Crafty Blog

Lenet Mos - To Scrap or Not to Scrap, That's the Question

Rebekah Faries - Midnite Lullabies Studio

Tammy Roberts - Paperie Sweetness

... and then we hope you'll give our 'Creative Candy' challenge a try this week for your chance to win one of the two awesome prize packages donated by our sponsors:

 $50 Gift Certificate

One Stamp Set

Hugs!

Love those burlap leaves against the chiffon flower and sweet line of buttons!! A great 'easy, breezy' sort of feeling!!
