I stamped the base of my card with a gorgeous flourish from the Bliss set from SU! I inked the edges with vanilla paint to give them a shabby look. The vintage ledger paper image is stamped with the Notably Ornate SU! set, inking and corner rounding the edges and doing a bit of machine sewing on it and adding glittered snipets of paper doiles before attaching it to the card base! The sweet butterfly is another image from the Bliss set, stamped, fussy cut, glittered and adhered.
JustRite Stamps is our wonderful sponsor in the Tea Room this week and I was lucky enough to be provided some new goodies from the store to design this card using the brand new You Inspire Me cling stamp set (love them!) and the new Nested Sentiments dies from Spellbinders, along with the scalloped circle die - aren't they beautiful!
The handmade rolled flower was created using a Sizzix die ... cut it out, roll it up, glue at the bottom and sugar with glitter - YUM! I completed my design with some delicious polka dot aqua satin ribbon, prima leaves with glitter and a sweet vanilla pearl added to the sentiment. I just adore how pretty and soft this card came out ... my favorite color palette to work with - pink, white (cream), aqua and kraft ... {happy sigh}!!
