Group Post - My Time Made Easy Peeks!

Today is the final official day of  'peeks' from the Design Team at My Time Made Easy and I have a show stopper new template, digital papers and some fab cut files to share with you all ...

... introducing 'Star of the Show'!!!  Isn't this template simply WONDERFUL! The star could be used for so many different occasions - holidays, teacher gifts, 4th of July, graduation.

I cut the template pieces with my Cricut on Very Vanilla CS and then stamped the Damask pattern with Crumb Cake ink.  I inked the edges to give the box a soft, worn, vintage and shabby look!

Isn't this topper treatment A-MAZING!  The flower is the Perfect Poinsettia Pretty Pieces Cut File and the leaves are Holly-Day Accents Pretty Pieces Cut File.  I cut one set of the flower and two sets of the leaves, embossed each piece, inked the edges and then applied glitter to make them sparkle!  The tag is the Trendy Tags #1 Cut File which I stamped in a pink background Damask pattern and then overstamped the sentiment in Sage Shadow using the Secret Santa stamp set.

I added some buttons, pearls, baker's twine, berries ... and then filled the box with mint chocolates - YUM!

The sweet little gift card was made by stamping the background paper with a Damask pattern.  The pointsettia was cut out from a piece of Pretty Pointsettia #1 digital paper and then glittered.  I popped the pointsettia up with dimensionals and added some holiday green glitter to the white leaves, a trinket pin and satin ribbon.

And here is my Star of the Show gift set completed!

Hi Debbie: I was so inspired by your star box that I made one on my blog too. But I have a question, did you find when you cut the two stars that one is slightly larger than the other? Is that the lid star? Thanks so much!
