The Shabby Tea Room #21!

Week #21 in the Tea Room brings us to such a fun challenge!  I am your host this week and I found this beautiful, folk art styled photo for inspiration ...

I absolutely fell in love with it's soft, shabbiness, rustic lines and yummy colors!  Here is my take for the #21 challenge - 'House and Home' ...

I used PTI's Boards and Beams stamp set, vintage trim from Wrights, bloomer from Webster's Pages, trinket pin from Maya Road, hemp cording from SU! ... and all the papers, glittered star chipboard and vintage resin trim piece are from Melissa Frances.

Our sponsor in the Tea Room this week is Jet Pens!

Jet Pens is a Japanese pen and stationery store where you can find unique and hard to find Scrapbooking items such as white gel pens, craft pens, adhesives, calligraphy brushes, art and office products. Jet Pens has been featured in Martha Stewart Blueprint, Wired magazine, Fortune Small Business and more. Free shipping for orders over $25!

Jet Pens graciously provided the Tea Room Designers with some delicious pens to work with this week.  I choose this particular stamp set not only because it coordinated with our 'House and Home' theme this week, but it also allowed me to do lots of coloring with these neat pens!  I used atyou Spica Sky Blue, Chocolate, Orange, Olive and Silver in my design!

Now hop on over to the Tea Room to be inspired by what the other Shabby Girls created this week:
