Hi everyone and welcome to this week's color challenge at Picture Perfect Creations Challenge Blog! This week we have a rich and elegant color combo for you all to play with:
These colors also remind me of ice cream flavors - Chocolate Chip, Cherry and Black Raspberry - yum :)
I used a brand new set from SU!'s new IBC called 'Friends Never Fade' ... isn't it yummy? I especially love how the DSP was created in the background using the fleur-de-lis flower stamp, Cherry Cobbler ink on Very Vanilla CS. The sentiment was stamped in Chocolate Chip, cut out and then layered on a scalloped rectangle CS border. I stamped the flower again in Cherry Cobbler, cut it out, layered with dimensionals and a half pearl in the center. The Rose Red layer is embossed with the Petals-a-Plenty folder.
All supplies are SU! except snipet of chocolate floral vintage ribbon and trinket pin. This card is really stunning IRL :) I would have never thought of putting these colors together ... thanks Megan!!
Hop on over to the other Design Team gals' blogs for more gorgeous inspiration and then I look forward to seeing your design using this wonderful color combo :)
